Here Forex go, I started receiving signals on the same day and tried their signals in a demo account, testing how far the signals can go.

I followed their instruction on entry and stop loss and take profit. Unfortunately, it turned as a loss. I tried again the following day May 16, but just was a loss again.

I don't know if there's just something wrong with my placing, or the signals were just sent late to me, that's why it didn't turn out as expected. Anyway, in short, I didn't like their service and I decided to ask for a refund the same day.

I emailed clients profit-forexsignals. The representative told me that he will forward my request to the accounting dept. They said, I'm no longer a member and would not receive signals anymore. I need to wait business days for my funds to be credited back to my account. To be exact they said the forex would be in my signals on Monday May 22, I waited until forex, and upon checking, no funds was credited to my account.

I didn't receive any signal from the time I requested a refund, but they didn't give my money back. I started sending emails to clients profit-forexsignals. I tried to contact info profit-forexsignals. I was demanding for a proof of transaction or at least screenshot of transaction of a successful transfer to my account, but they cannot provide me one.

They said they are waiting for their bank to give them the transaction details and will forward it to me once they have it. But until now, no response. I asked for help from FPA on what to do to recover the deposited amount coz I don't want just to give up as if nothing happened.

I just want my hard-earned money back. It may be small amount, but it can help me a lot. They are making it hard for me to get the refund, when in fact during the time I was inquiring, they are very responsive. But now that I want my money back, they don't reply me anymore. No Rating I subscribed with them a few forex before, first time, they blew up my account in just 4 days of just, then their manager told me to reinvest and just not charge me until they cover my full lost plus some benefits, then i did reinvest 2 times of my previous amount, again signals blew up my account after 1 month, and lost all my money, i contacted them, it took 1 week, i got reply they analyzing my issue, then after 5 days, i got another email to chat with manager directly on Skype, so i tried to chat but no one is responding on Skype on 15 Feb, since then he didn't reply to Skype messages, then i emailed 5 times no responses yet, i got their CEO on Facebook, seems good and responsive, he is trying to find forex manager but no luck yet.

So i didn't get any reply yet, will update you once i get their reply and how they solve my problem. I joined their basic service last week, after payment no reply. I asked for refund, and they signals very rude, said refund is processed but has been 7 days and no money.

I emailed them several times again, no response from client side, but a lady from another dept, emailed me and just do not worry I would stay well clear of this amateur based company, their staff employed are probably school leavers who have no experience in customer service. But unfortunately, they copied my fx acct with just a single trade forex other into my email address. When I started mailing them of abnormality of their service, they kept silence with no reply. Before i paid, when i mail them twice in a day, they would reply in a day.

But now, they kept silence. The tone of this letter of agreement is that, my money will be refunded within10 days if i dissatisfied with their signal service.

Fortunately for me, it is not up to 10 days before i asked for refund. Why do they kept silence? Since I am within the stipulated time of agreement. FPA should pls assist me to get my refund bcos I believe and have hope on you that i will not be scam by profitforexsignal. IF NOT RESPONDED AGAIN, I WILL Review MIND TO TAKE THEM TO TRADER COURT. Finally, i belief in FPA that justice will prevail and my money will be refunded in time.
